Local School Partners with Social Enterprise to Promote Child Protection
Sunlight Primary School has officially launched a child protection partnership with our social enterprise. The initiative focuses on training teachers to recognize signs of abuse, fostering safe reporting systems, and empowering students with knowledge of their rights. Teachers attended a two-day seminar led by child protection experts, while students participated in games and storytelling activities to understand boundaries and how to seek help.
The school plans to integrate child safety into its yearly curriculum and conduct regular awareness weeks. “We believe in prevention through education,” said Principal Tran Thi Hoa. This marks a significant step toward building child-safe school environments across the district.
